We are a small team of specialist nurses covering the whole of Cornwall and Isles of Scilly. We provide support to people diagnosed with tuberculosis and also run contact tracing and vaccination clinics.
If you are diagnosed with tuberculosis, you should be referred to us and we will provide support during your treatment and recovery. For more information please see our Treatment of Tuberculosis page.
BCG is a vaccine to protect against tuberculosis. We run clinics across the county to vaccinate children aged 5 to 16 years. If you want to find out more, please see our page about How we Identify Children for Vaccination.
We also vaccinate people who are at risk of contracting tuberculosis. If you think you need to be protected from tuberculosis, please contact us and we will assess your need for vaccination. In some cases there may be a small charge.
One of our other roles is to raise awareness of tuberculosis. If you wish to learn about what we are doing in Cornwall, please see our World TB page
