Until recently, our Board meetings have been open to the public as a way of sharing our progress and plans for the future. Feedback suggested that because Board meetings focus heavily on strategy and operational detail, there was not sufficient opportunity for involvement and debate.
To ensure that we give optimum opportunity to listen, get involved and shape our decision making , we have now replaced the public part of our Board meetings with our Community Interest Forum which is now fully open to the public and will allow more time to discuss the matters which matter to public and local communities.
Our Community Interest Forum is held quarterly and papers will be available to download from on this page at least 3 days before the meeting, or can be requested from
Please could you register you attendance and put forward any specific questions or agenda items 1 week prior to the event, using the above email or call Jane Watt on 01726 627719.
Our Community Interest Forum allows us to meet regularly with organisations and individuals that represent carers, patients and members of the public. We meet to talk about how we run our organisation, and how we can develop and improve our services to improve patients experience and meet the needs of the local community.
