Swimming is also considered as a full body workout, which focuses on your core, back, upper and lower body. Even though your entire body will be working out, it is considered as a low-impact exercise, which means that it is ideal for those who have joint problems. It does not give strains to your knees, back, and hips, which are running, and biking’s side effect.

If you are now convinced that swimming for weight loss is not a myth then you should start finding swimming experts. They are experts not because they can teach you how to win for a competition but they are experts in recreational swimming which include swimming for weight loss is not a myth.
